Prior to any order or delivery to a store/warehouse, each supplier must obtain a supplier number through the corporate office merchandising and procurement department. Supplier numbers will only be issued after review of completed new supplier forms, signed supplier agreement and authorization from the merchandising and procurement team.

Please note: Completion of all forms does not guarantee a supplier number. Once a decision is made whether to purchase or decline your products, you will receive a communication with next steps or an explanation of why your product was not a fit for Mercados Suvianda at this time.

We realize it takes time and effort to complete and send in your supplier forms, and we may not be the right retail format for every business. However, regardless of whether we do business, we want to assure you your experience with us will be worthwhile to your overall business objectives.
